 Overall we were satisfied with the hotel and its facilities, but cleanliness of one of the twin beds was actually not good (soiled linen under the mattress cover sheet) and the wood laminate floor was dirty, as we found from the undersoles of our slippers. There was an immediate response when we showed the linen problem and staff were appropriately apologetic.This is a good well situated hotel whose reputation was not helped on the cleanliness score.- 22-Nov-2006 |
