 Great Hotel,,, just 2 things need to improve ,, not good with the small details , ex. our room had no coffee or stirrers , when brought to their attention,, fixed immediately... Also do not stay in a business room,,, no airconditioning in bedroom... BUT ,, would stay here again and recommend to anyone ,,its a great hotel- 06-May-2009 Well located in a nice area, close to the subway and many convenient shops. The staff were very friendly.Some of the facilities needed up dating. My room was nice and quiet.- 02-Nov-2008 Nicely located within 2 blocks of Van Ness metro station, this was a typical Days Inn establishment. Only minor gripes were no internet terminal available (though they had wifi) and the staff could have been friendlier.
