 All the staff are very pleasant and helpful from the time you arrive until you leave.The rooms are clean plenty of space,the beds are comfortable.The continental breakfast included in our room price had plenty of choice and set you up for the day.- 28-Dec-2008 The room was clean and comfortable but small. More lighting in the area where you put your cases would have been handy and the tiles on the floor of the shower were loose, uneven and dangerous. The continental breakfast was standard. Overall the price matched what we were expecting for London in this locality. We were able to walk to Victoria train and coach stations (in about 20 - 25 minutes), and only 5 minutes from Pimlico underground.- 16-Oct-2008 We were delighted with the friendly service and helpful advice.
