 Front Desk staff all very helpful. Made reliable bookings for us - city tour, tango show, taxis.
Breakfasts just OK - food selection poor - nothing replenished when it ran out eg. croissants.
Location excellent down town.
Security very good.- 02-May-2009 Very small room booked a double and got a room with 3 single beds, bathroom you couldnt move in, breakfast was basiclly non existent. Night staff at main desk were hard to find so waited ages just to get out of building as doors locked. Our tour guide left messages for us which we never received even after repeatedly asking for them.- 28-Oct-2008 One computer + one wired LAN connection for the internet for the whole hotel, not an in room facility as advertised. Tiny room. Air conditioning broke down when I arrived. There was only heater and the outside tempatature was around 80 F. Very noisy if the window was opened even on the 10th floor.
