 The only complaint I can make about this hotel was the noise at night. We were on a ground floor room and with a police station directly across the street it was noisey both nights we stayed. Otherwise the hotel was good and I would use again but maybe not a ground floor room.- 10-Jul-2008 Although the hotel was full with guests, my room remained quiet all the time. The only negative point was that the restaurant area was not big enough to accomodate all the guest that were trying to have breakfast in the morning.- 22-May-2008 I called the hotel 3 weeks in advance of my stay to confirm the booking was all ok and I was advised by both phone and email that there was no problem with my booking. However when we arrived late on our first night and very tired we were informed that we would have to go to another hotel on the first night and return to check in there on the following morning... I was not impressed. I left a cardigan in the other hotel and they made no effort to help me retrieve this I had to get a taxi to the other hotel myself considering they were the cause of me leaving it there in the first place I thought the least they could do was simply get a taxi to collect it.- 08-Nov-2007 |
