 Tha staff are very polite and prompt, and speak good English.
The location is superb - linked directly to the underground mall and then to the JR Osaka station . There are many eating places and Tower records in the basement of the hotel. Though the room was small , I only used it for sleeping so that wasn't so bad.
- 12-Jun-2009 We found the rooms to be very small and stuffy. The climate control was supposedly operating normally, but the room was still too hot.
Most of the staff were lacking in their English ability so it was difficult to convey information. Luckily, my wife was able to speak fluent Japanese! I would rate this as a 3 star hotel instead of 4! On the upside, it is close to transportation and the shopping precinct.- 11-Jan-2008 |
