 -The instructions given to reach the hotel were somewhat lacking. No name of bus stop was given.
-The hotel was extremely noisy. All floors were tiled, no rugs in the rooms to deaden the noise.
-No hot water, and what tepid water did come through lasted less than 2 minutes.
- The mattresses on the beds were old and had zero support and the sprung framework of the actual beds required immediate replacement.
-fresh towels daily were appreciated
- One particular staff member on reception was extremely helpful and friendly- Japanese lady.
- The hotel had a lift, so we didn't have to carry out luggage up 3 flights of stairs.- 01-Oct-2006 Had difficulty in locating the hotel. The hotel staff gave us addresses of restorants that did not exist and we spent whole evening searching for it.- 02-Sep-2006 Great staff. They showed on a map where the hotel was in relation to town, how to get to town on foot (a beautiful walk and do-able) and by public transport (where from and where to buy tickets). There was a balcony and the ability to rent a bike. All in all the lesser things were well made up for by the very positive attitude and extra's.- 27-Oct-2004 |
