As I am Danish (my husband English and we are living in the UK) I like to go "home" once a year; I no longer have family or friends living in Copenhagen City and therefore choose to stay for a short while in the D'Angleterre Hotel which is superbly situated for everything. You can walk to 90% of what most tourists would want to visit or see whilst there.
The Hotel staff are so friendly and helpful and do everything to make you feel at home; The service is also top notch and genuine smiles greet you daily.
If there is a small "but" it would be the absence of coffee/tea making facilities in the room; Most (top) hotels offer this small service now and it would just put the icing on the lovely cake!! - 29-Aug-2007 |
