I felt that the room only rate was too much for the facilites offered especially when compared with prices paid in other locations in Australia

Best position in Darwin, within walking distance to all attractions. Bus available outside the hotel if needed. The waterfront apartments had an amazing view of the Marina and restaurants on Cullen Bay. My only complaint was no mini bar in the hotel rooms or no alcohol sold at the shop. After a long flight and arriving at 1.30am, a drink would have been nice before bed. The hotel rooms were very small so we upgraded to a fantastic one bedroom apartment on the 7th floor, which had the best views. It was hard to leave!!
