 The Hotel was very clean, quiet, and pleasant. It is located right on the Yarra, which is better than being right in the city. The service was helpful. I had forgotten my flight details and called the concierge who found them on the Net and delivered a printout to my room.- 05-Aug-2007 CHeck in was quick and easy and the entire stay was very enjoyable. Staff were extremly friendly and helpful even though the hotel was booked out.
