A fully air-conditioned - but stuffy - business hotel that, given its prices, is beginning to show a need for a makeover, both as to the condition of the decorations and in engendering a better sense of customer service. Its blandness is partially off-set by its convenient proximity to Lille Europe station and the lack of competition from other suitably located establishments.

The Crowne Plaza is extremely convenient if travelling my Eurostar - it is literally righe outside the station. A very modern hotel with good facilities and friendly staff
