Crowne Plaza Glasgow offers clean and comfortable rooms with stunning views of the city. The staff are helpful, and despite being busy, they still manage to provide excellent service. The hotel provides free WiFi, which is a great bonus. The bed is comfortable, although the room itself is nothing special and only has one chair. Considering the price paid, I expected better. The canapés in the club lounge were not great as they were soggy and quickly picked up by large groups. The lounge also lacked hot food when I visited, and some guests seemed to be taking advantage of the access. it's not worth the extra money. However, the hotel's location is excellent for attending events at the hydro. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and I especially appreciated the thoughtfulness of the housekeeper leaving a note and a pillow spray. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent and the atmosphere is relaxed. I had a pleasant stay and felt very lucky, as there was nothing to complain about.
