 Friendly Staff, very helpful and great location. The Hotel and Rooms are very clean with good security. King size bed makes for a good night sleep.- 15-Jun-2008 the location near the Southbank is excellent. We were close to many eating places and the view from the 20th floor was fantastic.We overlooked the river and the city. Unfortunately there was no kitchen or plates provided and the small fridge was completely filled up with minibar contents. Make sure to get to the gym and indoor pool on the 3rd floor. There is also an outside deck area. Breakfasts at the hotel are expensive. We recommend this hotel especially for its location and excellent facilities. - 16-Nov-2007 The hotel itself was good but the bed was uncomfortable and the linen was tacky.
