The hotel was easy to find, friendly and generally helpful staff, good selection for breakfast and excellent clean gym and swimming pool.
The hotel is short bus journey from Kilburn tube station with bus stop outside front door.- 05-Jun-2008 Have rated location as average because it is not in central London but it was not a problem because there is a bus stop outside hotel and tube staion is 15 minute walk away.
I really liked the hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.- 22-Jun-2007 The key's to the room would not work properly. The manager on duty also had a problem with his.
The biggest problem I had with the hotel was the fact that you had to pay for parking. In all hotels I stayed in I've never had to pay for parking, so it was a bit of a shock, to say the least, to find that out on arrival. Future guests be warned. It will cost you £20 per 24hrs but if you order food we were told it was free but ended up paying £10 for each night.
Apart from the above we enjoyed our stay. It was central and practical for us for the weekend.- 16-Jan-2007 |
