 We took a deluxe room which appeared very standard. The fitness and swimming pool are not in the hotel but in a fitness center in the shopping mall next to the hotel. The staff is nice but their english is more than light as the concierge didn't know what is a swimming pool. The breakfast is nice but could be better. I d'ont recommend this hotel.- 02-Apr-2008 A very good hotel with a good location. The best part was the staff: Very friendly, very service-minded, and always helpful and prepared for our questions. And they all spoke good English. (I have tried living in a Chinese hotel were no-one spoke English - that is not a good memory!)When we arrived, the reception had our papers ready. We had asked for a non-smoking room. They apologized that they did not have one vacant, but insted they upgraded us to a better room. It did not smell smoke at all, and we had a large room for the lowest rate. Good service! The breakfast in the hotel is superb. With such a good meal we hardly needed any lunch - which made the stay worth the money! Also I can recommend the health-club. Well equipped, and a nice swimming-pool. - 07-Sep-2005 The best thing about this hotel is its location. It''s few minutes from city center and main shopping areas so no need to waste your precious time in city traffic.
The hotel has good facilities and very importantly the staff can converse(at least understand almost always) basic english and help out. We understood the difference when on roads and taxi there were blank faces in response to basic english phrases.- 07-Sep-2005 |
