 Hotel staff were polite, however, we sensed something was missing compared to Canadian hotel personnel and the way they treat guests. The latter always have a smile and seem to be able to address the guests by their surname. Albeit our stay was short, we did not feel totally welcome at this hotel.- 21-Dec-2005 |
