 I thought breakfast was ncluded and the guy at reception seemed to indicate this but when we got there they wanted to charge us £8 per person.- 05-Nov-2009 The location of the hotel is fabulous. It is in the heart of Birmingham city centre. Apart from this, other factors such as facilities and pricing are not as good as I expected. First of all, my room was quite stuffy. My room faced a busy road so that I could not open the window. Even late at night, the noise from the busy road prevented me from opening the window. Considering the fact that other sides of the hotel face other buildings, it has poor views. The other downside was breakfast. Although it was quite budget (8 pounds), I think I had a very poor breakfast. All in all, the price of the hotel is expensive compared to other buget hotels. I would not recommend you to stay at the hotel if you were asked to pay more than buget hotels such as Premier Inn. - 20-Sep-2009 A decent hotel not far from Broad Street and the city centre.
