 We used the Convient Resort Hotel because we came down from Lop Buri and had to catch a flight at 3am the following morning. The price was right by redeeming award points and location and free ride to the airport worked out great. Nice staff and would use the hotel again. - 03-May-2008 This is a suitable hotel for overnighting while waiting for a connecting flight. It is in a rather scruffy semi-industrial area 10 minutes by mini van from the airport but seemed quite safe. The greeting staff at the airport who made contact with the mini van for transport to and from the airport, and the hotel staff, were helpful and friendly and the room was spacious and clean. - 22-Apr-2008 Hotel is cheap and does the job, is clean and staff perfectly friendly and helpful. Free pick up from airport is great - you just need to find the exit door at BKK with all the hotel reps in front of, they'll be a series of placards indicating different hotels. They cover each other so ask others about the convenient resort guy if he's not there and they'll get him - all quite efficient thereafter. The only negative comment is high charge for taxi to airport (after initial free pick up) £2.29, doesn't sound much but is compared to metered taxis (though touch and go whether one can get a metered taxi at the best of times). Also a bit random whether or not they charge you for it at all or try charging per car or per person - not a rip off just a bit random. Affordable internet in hotel lobby and a/c and fridge in rooms.
