 We were impressed with the gym, sauna, 18 foot high ceilings in our room, and the convenience of the cafes and restaurants within the casino and hotel.The hotel was very clean and well maintained and service was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our stay. Graeme Boucaut- 10-May-2008 Conrad Treasury is located very close to main shops in Brisbane and beside the Brisbane River. The hotel occupies converted government offices built more than 100 years ago. We had a very spacious room with high ceilings and excellent furnishings. Fascinating historic building, excellent facilities and service. Would stay there again.- 01-Nov-2007 Fabulous hotel, one of the best we have ever stayed in. The Treasury building has been beautifully restored maintaining the wonderful architectural features such as the high ceilings, sweeping staircase and grand corridoors. The rooms are extremely quiet. The hotel was full the two nights we stayed and we thought we were the only guests there. We did not hear any noises from adjoining rooms or from the outside. The gym room is large and well equipped. The Hotel staff are efficient and friendly and the food is great. Exactly what we would expect from a hotel of this calibre.- 28-Feb-2007 |
