 Great location, very close to tourist bus stop, and La Rambla area. Hotel room was very minimalist, but very clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful. We didn't use the restaurant so can't comment. We had a 6th floor room which was very modern and very quiet. Not sure you could call it 4* but for the price I got and the location, what more do you want.- 11-Feb-2009 Nice minimalist decor, good location in Barcelona. There was a lot of street noise but double glazed windows controlled that. Staff were helpful and recommended a cheap nice local restaurant next door for a meal when I arrived very late.
It would be nice if they had no smoking rooms. I don't smoke and my room ponged.
The valve to switch on my shower stopped working after the first night. I reported it but it wasn't fixed (it was the weekend), so I had to take baths after that.
