 A hotel that is all form and no function and hasn't got the right service standards. Got to room:
1) no clothing hangers
2) bottle opener for mini bar
3) work men leaving all their tools in the front of the doors of the two lifts
4)then their rubbish left in a plastic bag in front of the lift for two days
5) we were on the south side of the hotel with an internal room. the foyer courtyard meant that at 2;00pm in the morning you got woken up when loud drunks came back and the noise echeod up.- 12-Oct-2007 |
