 The only major criticism I have of the hotel is that the air conditioning wasn't working. This was the case in our room and also our friends’ room as well. When we reported the problem to reception, we were told that the air conditioning system was faulty. But we were left with the impression that in fact it just wasn't turned on until later in the year. Disappointing and no alternatives were offered (fan etc.). Apart from that the location was fantastic, the rooms were clean and well equipped and the staff were friendly and polite.- 23-Mar-2007 The hotel was beautiful and perfectly located; the staff was professional yet always friendly and helpful.
