 I was upset as I could not get a copy of my account. The bathroom had water stains on the basin. - 27-Aug-2009 I have stayed in this hotel numerous times but not done so for around 10 years. The staff are still very friendly and efficient, the location is excellent but the hotel itself looks very 'tired' and badly in need of renovation.- 11-Apr-2008 Hotel was good, nice clean rooms and the breakfast was good and staff very friendly. Location on Orchard Road is good however, access to the hotel is not good, had to go through shops to get to one lift that would take you to the lobby and then another lift to get to your room. - 24-Mar-2008 |
