For the size of the hotel the checkin/checkout desk is seriously undermanned. Only 1 person mans this desk. Queues of up to 30 minutes can result. This is the only reason I scored service as "average".
Other than checking in and out I could not fault the helpfulness of the staff. The bar staff and cafe staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Especially at the BBQ cafe, they certainly made my visit enjoyable.
I was charged $USD15 for the hotel pick up from the airport that I was not expecting to pay.
It is a 30 minute taxi ride (60 Egyptian Pounds) away from Naama Bay.
It is within 300 metres of the runway at the Sharm el Sheikh airport.- 23-Jan-2008 |
