 The hotel meets your basic needs. The night clerk on check-in was friendly--the day staff were cordial. The location goes from "downtown" to a somewhat seedy part of downtown. You do have to drive to the main attractions of downtown. Parking was a crap shoot---if you get back to the hotel after 9:00pm, all the parking could be taken, and the street becomes the alternative.
