 The corners of the shower are extremely dirty (not only our room, but others as well). The breakfast buffet was not constantly being checked on refilling, and when asking for a refill, the employe seemed very annoyed. During check out, the guy behind the desk charged the full amount on our creditcard, while we already paid part of the stay when booking online. He could not undo his action, but promised he will send the money back by post (very strange). On the other hand I must honestly say, that there were also other employes in the hotel who were much more friendly. - 06-Sep-2007 |
