 i must admit we were'nt expecting much from this hotel having decided to go to chester races very late! pleasantly surprised by this hotel. its set in its own grounds with plenty of parking spaces! ideally situated from city centre only about 15 min walk we took a taxi and this only cost us £4!! the rooms were spacious and clean, even bathroom was satisfactory. only gripe really was the ironing board was broken but thats not really a problem. would definately stay there again. if your after comfort and easy access to city this is hotel for you!!- 18-May-2008 I couldn't believe any bed and breakfast stopped serving breakfast at 9:30am on a Sunday morning.
