 There where no coffe cups in room and when we asked for some we had to go to cafe and get them our seleves because i up graded to a room with balcony on arrivel and l wanted to pay up front which l thought l had but then l was told bill was not payed the bill got very confusing and l felt they didint really know what they where doing still not sure what i ended up paying for my room untill l get my visa statment but saying that the cafe was very help full when l asked for plates and cutlery so l could cook over at the park across the road the cafe get my thanks and a gold star ****** the hotel reception needs more training and need to know whats going on.
