 Well used airport hotel with good service and comfortable, clean room. Efficient 10 minute shuttle service to San Francisco airport.- 31-Oct-2007 The room was a very nice size with tasteful decorations. Bathroom was vrey clean, with good sized towels and washcloths. There was also a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. I will most likely stay there again- 12-Jun-2007 The wireless internet service was erratic aand subject to interference
from another network [Karma].
You may not be able to do anything about this, but one advantage of hard-wired ethernet is the absence of this problem.
However, your tech support number was unable to work me through the connection protocol.
I'd recommend this hotel + BART to anyone with business or conferences
