 Nice hotel located almost at the center of Copenhagen.
Very close to public transportation. Trains and subway runs at one side of the hotel an causes some noise at "The trainside" of the hotel. But you can make reservation specialy at the calm side, as stated in the hotels own information.- 30-Mar-2007 The informations about the hotel told us that eventhough the hotel was located on Østerbro Train Station, it had soundproof windows etc. Well.. I dont know. Everytime a train passed by, the whole room was shaking! And it was absolutely not possible to have the window open at night, in spite of 30 degrees outsite. So we had a hot night! Luckily there wasn't many train at night! Maybe, we were unlucky being placed at the ground floor. But thats the disadvantage of not being able to select rooms yourselves. Things to bring out: The hotel was open 24 hours, which made it possible to go in the bar late at night after a concert and get a beer :-)- 11-Jul-2006 This hotel offers reasonable facilities - rather like a standard Australian Motel - but adequate. Apart from having an excellent Buffet Breakfast, the hotel offers free internet access to its hotel guests but best is its location -the hotel is situated across the road from Oosterport station from where trains go straight to the Airport access to the major rail routes in Denmark, plus a Supermarket. Only fifteen minutes walk from major sightseeing, the Palace etc. Fantastic situation. - 23-Oct-2004 |
