 Hotel badly needs refurbishing, and staff need a course in courtesy
Smoking areas impinge on non-smoking, so that it is difficult to avoid smoke anywhere in the hotel - 24-Jul-2007 pricing was good for me as i paid a special rate however i did notice on the room rates board in reception that a single room would normally cost £99 this price is highly inflated.
i think paying for parking when staying at the hotel is a disgrace.
