 location of the hotel is very good, near to shops, restaurants & amenities.- 03-Aug-2007 House keeping is bad, they basically just tidy up the bed sheet and change the towers. No soap replenishment. Room is very small and very loud. I stayed there for 4 nights... and being woke up by the noise(drunk guests and the peoples on the street) every night.
The night before I go to the airport, I requested a taxi thru the hotel receptionist to pick me up at 10 a.m. for the next day. When I was there punctually with my luggages, no taxi is waiting for me. The morning-shift-receptionist was not aware about the arrangement! I was very disapointed and I had to carry my heavy luggage and walked to Rambla street to catch a taxi.- 16-May-2007 |
