 The staff were quite helpful but the cleaning needs improvement. We took a 2 bedroom apartment, and cleaning of the common area was not done well. Our shower area did not have a shower curtain!
The other thing, is that when we arrived at the train station (from Wellington), no one seemed to know where the place is. We even asked a bus driver, and it took him quite a while to at least try to tell us its whereabouts. The street name is not clearly visible at the corner of Symmonds street. - 20-Apr-2006 Thisa hotel was good, very small rooms but adequate for a night or two. Very futuristic minimal rooms - bathroom is very small!!!!!
