 this is NOT a 4* It was a catalogue of disasters:
1. bed had ants all over it, hotel unable to change our room so provided a can of ant spray which helped for only an hour. We moved rooms the following day no apology.
2. hotel is 6 years old but it looks much older with torn window blinds and chipped bathroom units.
3. The hotel food was a disgrace. The worst we ate in 3 weeks.
4. swimming pool is VERY small and so noone uses it.
5. beach access requires u to pass a beach shack where u wil bel harrassed daily to buy something we discovered this shack is affiliated to the hotel DO NOT BE FOOLED!
6. On our last night we returned from dinner with friends we met who had treated us.we returned to find food for our journey removed from the fridge, and it locked. incredibly embarrassing!
6. We attempted to settle the bill on 3 occassions adding up to 1.5 hours due to the hotel's card machine not working. The hotel refused to let us leave unless we paid cash. - 21-Jan-2008 |
