 We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and unfortunately, we, and our colleagues that stay there with us, experienced problems. Our room was not serviced well .. we had to repeatedly ask for things such as coffee, shampoo, etc. Also, we had problems with night staff - rudeness and lack of coutesy for their guests. I realize Edmonton is probably suffering and is experiencing difficulties finding good staff, however, this last stay has resulted in us, and our business colleagues, searching for a different hotel for our next business trip to Edmonton. - 25-Feb-2008 The Coast Edmonton Plaza Hotel was excellent value for money. The hotel was clean, modern and centrally located. The staff on the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. They have a pool and spa which are included and after a hard day sightseeing very welcome. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.- 16-Oct-2006 Booked over the internet. Room was a good size and beds comfortable. Everything worked and it was clean & the staff friendly.
