 Upon arrival I was warmly welcome and efficiently checked in. The hotel is modern, clean and well presented. Although it does not have a restuartant, Bayswater has a good selection of Indian and Italian restuants within a 5 minutes walk.
One complaint, the shower in my room was broken. The free WiFi access made up for this small iritation !! - 28-Jan-2008 All items checked "Very good" or "Good" above don't need further explanation. The Facilities have been marked "Bad" because there was no heat after 10 pm, which is ridiculous. The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant and can't even provide you with ice, which is also ludicrous. The air conditioning unit makes too much noise. - 24-Jan-2008 The Hotel is a little difficult to find, as there is no sign on the front with its name on. You have to look for Cleveland Square No. 39 and 40. Everything is new. You get a feelling of luxury, even if the room is not really spacious.- 11-Dec-2007 |
