 Excellent location near the metro and Place de la Nation. The man working the night shift at the front desk was extremely helpful with directions and suggestions. The breakfast was not bad for a three-star hotel. Would stay there again.- 02-Jan-2009 Wonderful hotel with great breakfast, and tidy (but inevitably small) rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the area is great to buy a bottle of wine, some cheese, fruit and vegies a.s.o. Unfortunately they have been increasing and increasing their prices recently, and I have had to go elsewhere (often more central hotels just as good) which are charging more realistic 3 star rates (even for Paris!).- 20-Oct-2008 Hotel Bastile Paris is located close to shops , restaurants and cafes. There is also a Bakery closeby, the bread is delicious and prices reasonable. Situated diagonally across the Hotel is a meat shop selling very good roast chickens. Finally the staff of the Hotel are helpful, knowlegable and friendly . They speak English too. - 15-Apr-2008 |
