 Overall I enjoyed staying there. The staff was very obliging with anything I asked of them. It was a bit disappointing that the Monorail Station there was closed as one of the reasons for choosing the hotel was easy access to Monorail. However I would have no hesitation staying there again. - 31-Jan-2006 The hotel is right across from Chinatown and Darling Harbour. Perhaps the best place to be located in the city, but depending what you do and where you go though I suppose. For me it was good. The staff are very friendly too.- 01-Oct-2004 I found this hotel to be, on the whole, very good with regards to service, cleanliness, facilities etc. My only complaint is the absolute confusion of the way the hotel is set out with guests staying from floors 8-15 having to change elevators on Level 7 and find their way along a corridor & fire doors to another lift that takes you to your floor. Very little signage.
All four of us found it confusing and somewhat annoying. However, it was made up for by service.- 21-Oct-2003 |
