 This was a very good hotel - clean, good heating, with reasonably good service. My room had a kitchenette so I was able to prepare some light meals myself. The internet service in the Business Centre is fast and free. As mentioned by other reviewers the elevators were very slow due to there being only 2 of them. The location of the hotel in the west end of downtown was slightly downmarket, but only just very slightly. My 3rd floor room was a little noisy at night time.
