Location
The Clarion Collection Hotel With Tromso is conveniently located within walking distance of the Polar Museum, placed on the waterfront in the historic Skansen area. This hotel is minutes from the University of Tromso, Mack's Brewery, Tromso Botanic Garden, and the Arctic Cathedral.

The hotel has cosy guestrooms that are well furnished and equipped with modern amenities.
Restaurant
A variety of restaurants and cocktail lounges are located in the surrounding area. Guests can dine at the on-site restaurant and also enjoy a drink at the bar.
General
Favourable parking facilities are available on the hotel's premises. During leisure, you can relax at the sauna or explore the surrounding areas.
 We stayed at the Clarion Collection during a four day break in Tromso.
The rooms were adequate, but have showers only. Recommed booking a superior room in order to get the harbouir view.
Although only listed as a B&B, tea and coffee is provided throughout the day, waffles in the afternoon and an evening buffet at no additional cost.
All in all, excellent value and will book their again when I return to Tromso.- 30-Mar-2009 Very good room, and quiet hotel. Superior room overlooked the harbour. Free coffee throughout the day and free snacks/light meals. A general lack of English literature, and not geared up for tourists. More a commercial hotel.
