 At least one of the front persons was very friendly and full of hospitality. I had a very confortable time. Cleanness of toilettes were outstanding!- 16-Jul-2006 A high quality hotel that exceeded my expectations.The staff are very friendly & very professional.The free use of the business centre was also very good for people who need to send emails & plan future journeys etc.Situated about 10 minutes walk from Mannheim Hauptbanhof(central station) A connecting tram sevice from the station stops nearby the hotel.
