 The personal in the hotel was very receptive and demonstrated willingnes to help. We were unsatisfied with the bedding in our room and to their credit they were willing to listen to us and to find a solution.
Brekfasts are really good, however the restaurant offers mediocre food at the premium price. Live Gypsy music does not help it. For the money, if you are spending time outside hotel, this is not a bad choice- 31-Mar-2007 An excellent location in the centre of Pest. The hotel was clean and nicely furniushed. We had a problem with the central heating in our room and we were moved to another room immediately. We would stay here again and would recommend it to friends. Slightly on the down side, tea v/ coffeee making facilities would have been welcome especially when we wenr (January) it was very cold outside and a hot coffeee when we returned would have been appreciated.- 07-Feb-2007 The room was like a suite with a bedroom, a living room, and a large bathroom (we booked and paid for a standard room). The carpet and the group of sofas were a bit shabby. If the hotel manager invests in new furniture and carpets, this would be, in all aspects, a top hotel. - 08-Oct-2006 |
