 Very much a business man's hotel and as such is very cold and unfriendly. Would not stay there again as too far from underground.- 10-Sep-2009 Good room. Hotel in good location for visiting central London. We were only offered a room only rate and then found on arrival at the hotel the price of breakfasts was excessive so we had to make alternative arrangements for breakfast which then took up most of the morning to arrange which reduced the time we had in London each day to visit places we had planned. We also were given a leaflet which offered a weekend stay in the hotel at less than we had paid and the offer included breakfast so we felt we had received poor value for money during our visit. - 05-Aug-2009 An excellent all round hotel- 24-Jun-2009 |
