 I thought the reception staff were very helpful and really friendly.- 11-Feb-2009 The hotel was suitable to relax, excepting an
inconvenient thing. The minibar was closed in all time because the key was broken in the lock. The receptionist promised that the maintenance guy would come, but he didn't come.- 22-Jan-2009 The setting in the hotel is very homey. Receptionists and all staff are kind and helpful. I have booked this hotel two times and its visiting seems like celebration as children laugh and holiday mood is an integral part of the hotel's image.
