 My only suggestion is not to book a Standard room.I was not happy about the room I booked.Only 1 elevator for the hotel.Breakfast not great.
The staff are very pleasant and friendly.
The location is workable for all areas except traffic
2 1/5 stars- 16-Apr-2008 Good low price (2 star) hotel in old downtown part of Manila, but walking distance to parks and shopping mall.- 30-Mar-2006 Great location handy to lots of things and reasonable safe area. Fantastic staff that I rate as the highest from any hotel i have ever stayed at, they will go out of there way to help you and love a good laugh. Stay away from Alvin the bar man, he pours a mean tequlia.
wonderful delux rooms best to upgrade from standard. the air con units are a little old and noisey but they work well and thats the most important thing. there is internet access at the hotel which is good. the food is excerlent and the breakfasts amazing. your room is wonderfully cleaned each day and left smelling fresh and clean.
this is the hotel i will always stay in when in manila. close to robinsons mall, la cafe and bar roxas boulavard and a cheap taxi ride to most places. the security guard always checks your taxi and makes sure the meter is turned on and takes note of the rego of the taxi also. it is also iso9000 acredited hotel. 10 out of 10.
