 Really excellent location. Staff very helpful and courteous. Always enjoy staying there. Also like the fact that the parking station is right next door ... this is a big bonus in the city. - 22-Apr-2008 I have stayed many times at this hotel always very happy but you never give me my Frequent Flyer points. This always seems to be a problem for you to do, yet other places have no problem swiping my card for me having booked on the internet as most people do. Why should I keep coming back if it is to difficult to do this. yours faithfully - 17-Mar-2008 The location is right near Chinatown and Central station. The room was quite nice and the beds were really cozy. Loved the double twin beds. The pool and spa needs to be fixed, the heated pool was lovely but very small, the spa sounds like an unfortunate lawn mower. I would probably stay there again.
