All studios and apartments feature a simple decor with warm- colored fabrics and modern wood furnishings. All have separate lounge areas with work spaces, kitchenettes with microwaves and electric hotplates, cable television and direct-dial phones.

Guests can start the day with a delicious breakfast for a nominal charge in the breakfast room.

There are laundry facilities and an elevator provides access to all floors. Parking is available for a fee in the on site garage and security is maintained 24 hours.
