 I put average for every thing as i couldnt submit my comments but we never actually got to stay here! SO A WARNING - to other people who don't read the small print!! I booked for this hotel for one night in Montpellier but never actually got to stay in it! I arrived with 3 young children at the hotel about 7:30pm (after finding it very difficult to get a park around the area to be able to get to the hotel to ask them where to park...had to double park behind the hotel and hope no one came while I was gone) and discovered to my horror that the reception was closed! We couldn't get in so had to drive around looking for another hotel for the night. The problem was that I had read the reception closing hour as 9pm but on PUBLIC HOLIDAYS the reception closes at 6pm (far too early in my mind) so we had arrived there about an hour or so too late. SO be warned! Read the reception opening and closing times very carefully for this hotel.- 16-Dec-2005 |
