 Your location was great and your facilities were fabulous. The television could do with an up grade but overall we had a lovely time there with you and will be back.- 20-Feb-2009 this is mu usually hotel i stay at with friends in paris. and its always a pleasure being there but on this occassion i was very unhappy due to the heater not workign properly and the receptiontist not being helpful by telling what to do with with the heating when i always explain to her that i have done that already. it took me 2 more visits to reception before i got a couple of paper thin blankets and a so-called manager to come up stairs to see. until the 2 days after a engineer came to fixed it. - 05-Feb-2009 The location of this hotel is wonderful -walking distance to major sites and stations nearly. Just be sure you come out of the right exit from the RER station though or you could have a long walk. The staff are also very friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast is good (especially the bread!!). We will definitely stay there again.- 19-Nov-2008 |
