 I have now stayed at this hotel 4 times over 3 years and rate it very highly for overall management, facilities and, especially, food (with a number of very good specialist restaurants, particularly Lagoon (fish) and Echo (Italian)- 08-Jan-2008 I have stayed at several hotels in Colombo and I consider this hotel to be the best in the city.- 08-Nov-2007 When we chccked into the Cinnamon Grand we were given a smoking room which had obviously been recently vacated by a heavy smoker. The hotel was quick to rectify this with an upgraded room in the new wing. All staff were consistently helpful and polite and made our brief stay thoroughly enjoyable.
